Retired Team Members

Toni Cisneros, BSN, RN - Toni and her family moved out of state with the military. Toni made a lasting impact on the entire AFM family. She is surely missed by all and we wish her the very best in all that she does.

Maggie Ford, Medical Assistant - Maggie left her position at AFM to continue her nursing education. Maggie was a loved and valued part of our team and we have confidence she will make a fantastic nurse! She occasionally works PRN to help out if another team member is out.

Vickie McEwen, Medical Assistant - Vickie developed trusted relationships with patients over the years and helped them meet their wellness goals. Vickie retired in 2020 but continues to be a gracious mentor for the team and occasionally works PRN to help out if another team member is out.

Haley McGill, Medical Assistant - Haley McGill worked with our team on a temporary basis while waiting to start Nursing School. Haley was a fantastic interim team member, and we are confident that she will make a great RN. We still occasionally recruit Haley to fill in when a team member needs to be out. We always enjoy having her back in the office.
