You must be well hydrated the day prior and the morning of your session. Please eat a light meal the day of your session. After your session please continue to hydrate. Do not bathe for 2 to 6 hours after your HOCATT session to allow the ozone to continue penetrating your skin for optimal results.

A rash or flu like symptoms may occur due to the detoxing process.
A patient may become dehydrated if they do no properly hydrate the day prior and day of their session. The main reason to be hydrated is to increase blood volume and prevent fainting.
